This winter, many of us are worried about our energy bills. Prices have gone up, but for lots of us our incomes have stayed the same or even fallen. But the Citizens Advice network in Scotland is here to help. 

We want people to know that the Citizens Advice network in Scotland is here to help and are asking people to contact their local bureau or call Home Energy Scotland for support with energy this winter.

The Big Energy Saving Winter campaign aims to help consumers understand their energy use, aim to make savings on their bills where possible, and get the support they need. This year, energy costs are rising and many of us are worried about our bills. Prices have gone up, but for lots of us our incomes have stayed the same or even fallen. Many suppliers have folded in 2021, therefore switching supplier is currently not an option.
